Portstewart - before Storm Brian

First we had Ophelia, the ex-hurricane, then Atlantic Storm Brian comes along.
In spite of all the fuss about Ophelia, it's Brian which is really battering the North Coast.

The photo above was taken in Portstewart this afternoon, just as it began to get stormy,

Ophelia...a hurricane...a storm...an anti-climax...?

Schools all closed to-day - and to-morrow as well - shops and offices closed by lunchtime and, unbelievably, pubs closed by 6.00pm.

From my back yard it does seem a bit windy and a bit wet - but I've seen it a lot worse.

Anyway, I've got time on my hands...so, what do I do? Well I thought, let's resurrect Finn McCool from four years of inactivity...
